The Service is offered at $20 per month or $99 per year. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) upload malicious files or content; (d) reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service; (e) share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the trading data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your trading data with third parties.

Tracker City is an analytics tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Past performance displayed in the Service does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracker City and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
